Plum Wine is one of the most famous wine in Japan, and is recognized as the signature in the category. In Japan, plum wine is called “Umeshu”, with the high supply of good valued plum, homemade of umeshu is very common in most of the Japanese family. ABC Cooking Studio specially pick up the top ranking plum named Nankoubai from Japan Wakayama for this workshop. ABC member let's join us to make your own umeshu!
