Japan “Nougyou Joshi” Fair presented by Japanese women in agriculture is coming to Hong Kong during September 27 to October 31! Special cooking classes, retail stalls and collaboration menus with Japanese restaurants will be available to bring a taste of Japanese agricultural products.
ABC Cooking Studio has prepared a series of recipes especially designed for “Nougyou Joshi” and will give a special cooking lesson on September 27. Lots of agricultural products will be used in the recipes to adapt to the local’s taste. There will be tasting event and product exhibition on the day of the special cooking lesson too.
