A traditional Japanese food which is made with fish plate and yam. Cheese Cream Hanpen is a type of Japanese hanpen, made with 3 different cheeses – cream cheese, gouda cheese and parmesan cheese. Fish meat and cheese are the good sources for calcium intake of kids, therefore it is good for growth of children by making Obento.
- Mayo Potato Hanpen
Mayo Potato Hanpen is another type of the child-related fish plate food in Japan, which is made with mayonnaise, potatoes and mentaiko. Different way for calcium intake with different type of Hanpen. An Obento to children is not only cream cheese and original flavor, but also mentaiko salad flavour.
- Kamaboko (Red)
Kamaboko is a traditional food in Japan since 1115.
This is a steamed fish cake which is placed on the wooden plate, and made with pureed white fish.
Kamaboko can be used in different dishes, as topping of Ramen, grilled and deep-fried.
There are two colours of Kamaboko, white and red. In Japanese New Year, Kamaboko is also used for the Osechi product for celebration.
