Overseas Transfer
What is Overseas Transfer System?
This is a system that allow members of ABC Cooking Studio Hong Kong (ABC HK) to transfer their contract and lesson history to overseas ABC Cooking Studio.
During the transfer process, all unfinished course contracts will first be cancelled. In case that the member purchase a new contract in the overseas ABC Cooking Studio within 6 months, the contract cancellation handling fee at ABC HK will be refunded fully.
This system is only applicable to Cooking, Cake Basic, Cake Master, Bread Basic & Bread Master courses. ABC License, Wagashi, Kids courses are not applicable.
※ Cancellation of Hong Kong ABC contracts cannot be done in overseas studios.
Procedures of Overseas Transfer
【STEP 1】: Read the terms of Overseas Transfer System
Please log into the member site of ABC HK and read all the terms of Overseas Transfer System thoroughly to decide if this system is suitable to your needs or not.
① Overseas Transfer System Application Form – Important Notices
② Membership Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Course Details of the overseas studio you wish to transfer

【STEP 2】: Prepare the required application documents
Please ready the following documents and read all the important notices on them.
① Overseas Transfer System Application Form - Obtain from studio or download online
② Contract Cancellation Request Form – Obtain from studio
※ For courses that are finished, no contract cancellation is required.
※ If you are holding course contracts that cannot be transferred to overseas, you can choose to keep the contracts and continue attending the lesson in Hong Kong, or apply for contract cancellation during the transfer application. Overseas studios are not able to cancel your ABC HK contracts.
※ If none of your cancelled courses are applicable to the Overseas Transfer System, the cancellation handling fee will not be refunded.
【STEP 3】: Fill in, sign and submit the application documents
Fill in and sign the required documents listed in 【STEP 2】, and sent them by registered mail to ABC Cooking Studio Hong Kong office, or hand in to any of the ABC Cooking Studio in Hong Kong.

※ Please put the document ①&② into the same envelope (if sent separately, we may not be able to process your application.
【STEP 4】: Contact and confirmation from ABC HK
Upon receiving your overseas transfer application, ABC HK will notify you by email to confirm that your information related to the transferring is correct. If your email account has a sender whitelist, please add “[email protected]” to your list.
【STEP 5】: Contract cancellation and refund by ABC HK
Based on the information of the Contract Cancellation Request Form in 【STEP 4】, your contract will be cancelled according to the ABC HK Membership Terms & Conditions.This process may take about 45 days to complete. During this process, please retain a bank account in Hong Kong for receiving the refund.
※ The handling fee of contract cancellation will be refunded to your Hong Kong bank account upon purchasing a new contract in the overseas studio with complete payment. Please read 【STEP 7】for more details.
【STEP 6】: Confirmation on the transfer of lesson history from overseas studio
The overseas studio will notify you the temporary member number by email.
【STEP 7】: Visit overseas studio and purchase a new contract
Visit the overseas studio and show the staff your ABC HK membership card and temporary member number. You will be issued the overseas membership number and membership card after finishing registration and purchasing a new contract with payment. After finished, the handling fee in 【STEP 5】will be refunded to your Hong Kong bank account.
