Invited by Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), ABC Cooking Studio Hong Kong became one of the partners of their booth exhibitors in Hong Kong Food Expo 2016 from August 11 to 13, 2016. HongKong Food Expo is a popular summer event which organized by HKTDC takes place at the HKCEC annually.
In order to promote the message of “Feel Closer to Japanese Food” to all Hong Kong citizens, during the three-day event, ABC Cooking Studio was providing 3 different tasting menus by using different types of food from Japan, including Wagyu Beef, Tamago Yaki (Egg Roll) and Seafood Rolled Sushi.The potential business partners and public visitors enjoyed the food so much and they could receive a complimentary ABC Cooking Studio Cooler bag once registered for a trial lesson. Other than food tasting, on Aug 13, the master chef of ABC Cooking Studio, Ms. Tamaru Reina demonstrated how to cook the 3 featured cuisines and shared the information of sake on stage at the Public Hall. Audiences enjoyed the food and knew more about sake and food pairing. We look forward to seeing you next year.
