合約及ABC Passport延長有效期通知

～合約延長調整～
為補償抗疫期間受影響之會員，於2020年7月31日當日仍然持有有效合約之ABC會員將會獲得三個月的合約有效期延長。系統將於2020年8月1日進行合約延長之調整。
會員可於系統調整後瀏覽會員網頁(https://reserve.abc-cooking.com.hk) 確認合約之有效期 (Member Center > Contract Details > Course valid thru)。
＊此調整只適用抗疫期間受影響持有有效合約之ABC會員，於2020年1月31日或之前合約到期之會員將不會有三個月的合約延長。不便之處，敬請原諒。

～ABC Passport 延長調整～
為補償抗疫期間受影響之會員，所有香港發行的ABC Passport將會獲得一年的有效期延長(即有效期為三年)。系統將於2020年8月1日進行延長之調整。
ABC Passport持有者可於ABC Passport最後一頁查看發行日期並作出到期日的推算。
＜例＞如發行日為2019 年8月1日，ABC Passport 到期日將會延長至2022年8月1日。

已遺失或損毀之ABC Passport將不獲補發，敬請見諒。

Contract and ABC Passport Validity Extension Notice

~Contract Validity Extension~
In order to compensate our members for the inconvenience during the coronavirus outbreak, members with valid contract on 31st July 2020 will be entitled to a contract validity extension of 3 months. This validity adjustment will be done in our system on 1st August 2020.

To check your contract validity after extension adjustment, please visit Member Site at “https://reserve.abc-cooking.com.hk” (Member Center > Contract Details > Course valid thru).

*This 3 months extension only applies to affected ABC members with valid contracts. Contracts that end on/before 31st January 2020 will NOT be entitled to this extension. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

~ABC Passport Validity Extension~
To compensate our members for the inconvenience during the coronavirus outbreak, all ABC Passport issued by Hong Kong ABC Cooking Studio will be entitled to a validity extension of 1 year (i.e. a validity of 3 years in total). This validity adjustment will be done in our system on 1st August 2020.

The issue date is marked on the last page of your ABC Passport. ABC Passport Holders can always determine the validity of the ABC Passport based on the issue date.
e.g. If the issue date of your ABC Passport is on 1/8/2019, the validity will be extended to 1/9/2022.

Lost or damaged ABC Passports will not be re-issued. Thank you for your understanding.
